This includes postage and that inclusion represents a 30% discount off the Retail price. (The images used for the website do not appear in the book. There are eight diagrams instead)
Postage to the US is prohibitive (Approx $20) but if you live in the US and would like a First Edition copy please email: philipparees7(at)gmail(dot)com. Otherwise a printed copy is POD through Lightning Source and apart from the gatefold cover is comparable in quality.
